Covenant Keeping God - the new live, spontaneous worship CD from Connie V. Scott.

Five meetings, two weekends, one CD = A God Thing! That is the only way this project can be described… God showed up and did something in these meetings. Psalm 82:10 says, “Open wide your mouth and I will fill it.” Abba filled my heart with sweet songs as He spoke to my spirit and allowed me to see into new dimensions of His glory at River of Life Church (Murray, UT) and The Gathering Place (Riverton, WY).

The first weekend of recordings came from a prayer meeting and an unexpected opportunity to lead Sunday worship at River of Life. As we prayed for our nation, Abba God poured out songs of hope and passion. That Sunday in worship, we felt His presence as He sang over us and called us to go deeper! This carried over into the next weekend at The Gathering Place, where His freedom, fire, and glory were released through prophetic decrees and song.

All of the tracks on this CD are spontaneous – in the moment songs, many of which are sung directly from Abba’s heart to His beloved – you! It is my hope and prayer that this collection of live, spontaneous worship songs will unveil mysteries from heaven, drawing you closer to Abba’s heart, as you soak in His presence. ~ Connie V. Scott

Track List:

• War Cry - right before one of the services, Tony Portera (the guest speaker) showed me a passage of scripture from Zechariah 2. When I began to read it, it jumped off the page and I knew I had to sing into it.
• Let Go - this theme had been stirring in my heart for a couple of weeks prior to this song being released. God began to show me that there are many things we as believers hold onto, but we need to let go of them and trust Him.
• The Invitation - one of my favorite passages of scripture is Revelation 4. During this night, God was truly inviting us to "come up through the doorway" and encounter Him in a new way!
• Freedom - there aren't words to describe what happened during this evening of worship! Freedom was the declaration of God and His people this night. He spoke a powerful word to His people about walking in freedom that will minister to you too!
• Stirring the Waters - just like in scripture, God was stirring the "waters of our hearts" during this time of worship at River of Life. It was a call to "get in the flow of what He is doing".
• Fan into Flame - another invitation to allow God to blow upon the embers of our hearts and stir passion for His presence and for the "winds of change" to blow!
• Glory - it was Sunday morning at the Gathering Place...God rocked hearts the night before, but He wasn't through yet. This song has a sweet anointing on it. It started out as a 45 minute track (a CD in itself) and in the middle of that time, God began to minister to all of the women at the meeting. It was beautiful to hear Daddy God sing over His daughters. We edited the track to 17 minutes, but were able to keep the amazing song that flowed from the heart of God.
• New Dimensions - a dimension is a new realm of understanding. The heart desire of our Father is to bring us into new dimensions of awareness and new dimensions of revelation! Its all about knowing Him!
• Blue Flame - another song that came from that amazing weekend at The Gathering Place. The blue flame is the purest and hottest flame there is in the natural. God was revealing to us that He is the blue flame Who consumes, but does not destroy.
• Dry Bones - one of the most amazing things God began to do just before this CD was recorded was to allow me to see into the Spirit. He spoke to me and said, "Connie, I'm going to show you things and speak things to you. I want you to sing what you see and what you hear." This track is especially dynamic because I saw all that I sang. The challenging part was getting it into "word" form.
• Your Word is Forever Established - there is no more powerful statement of truth than to declare that the Word of God is eternal and unchanging - forever established in our hearts and on this earth. His Word will not return void, but will accomplish that which it was sent forth to do! This track was recorded at a prayer for our nation at River of Life Church.
• Covenant Keeping God - this was the most powerful moment at the prayer gathering. Dad (God) declared to us once again that His covenant He will not forget and He made a covenant with our founding fathers. A sweet track with the authority of God's anointing all over it.
